Obviously that didnt happen.
But with yoga and Equinox and spinning....this combo has me in better shape than running ever did. And yet, I feel like I need something to get me over the marathon dream. Something that will push me physcially and emotionally and have me in the throws of endorphin highs and dont-fail-on-me-now-body challeneges/lows. It wont be the same and I'll never have that framed pic of me crossing the finish line in Central Park...but I'll 100% be able to look myself in the eye and know that, like running a marathon, this feat will be something I thought wasn't even possible to complete, LET ALONE complete well. Soooo.....
I'm seriously considering a 30-day Bikram Challenge in early 2012. Crazy? Perhaps. Do-able? Totally. I've got this.
