Warm pan, then butter then eggs?
I just couldnt figure it out.
UNTIL TODAY. This morning, I did it. I did it without even trying. I've been splurging on whole milk for the morning coffee (which BTW has only been 2x this week, replaced by decaf or green tea....not a fan of quite yet ....but I digress) and just tossed a bit in with the scrammbled egg....dashed the pepper & salt on top before finishing and VOILA....I took one bite and knew in that moment I had done it :)
Pap's Famous Scrammbled Eggs
3 eggs
1/4 cup whole milk
salt & pepper
*undercook and plate while still a bit runny and let sit for a few min.
