I've always been the kind of person who skims and rips out "inspiration" from PotteryBarn or InStyle mags, but what really do I do with those tidbits? They end up sitting on the counter for a few days, then maybe put in a drawer but usually thrown out. All the while I think to myself, "well, it caught my eye enough, I'll definitely remember it when the time comes for (insert: dress, bedroom decor, wall color for future kitchen, etc.)" But that's a bold faced lie as our entire apartment is pretty much a generic brown splattering with frames, one powderblue wall, and vices corner (wine, Lee's humidor, extra cigars, the DUCK.) Anyways, not really much to write home about but it serves its purpose and is definitely comfortable enough for this stage of our lives. But oh do I dream of a kitchen that feels like *ours*. A bedroom that's more inviting than practical (but still practical;) An entryway that welcomes you to our *home*. One day...one day.
And "One Day..." is the name of my "board" that I "pin" all those future down the road ideas that I will 1000% forget and 35-45yr old Sarah will never remember. Ever. I want to shake the hand of the techy start up company that came up with this gem. They win. And I win too.
