So this is the funny thing about yoga and specifically bikram for me...it is always a learning experience. It always takes your body and mind to a new level. You discover how your body was meant to be in every 90min session. I would never have thought in a million years that TODAY of all days I would reach the most relaxing meditative practice I've ever completed....but I did.
This yoga has saved me physically and mentally and, quite peacefully, rocked my world :)
